The Deep and Steep app is the companion app for the Insight, Stratos and Soundlink. It holds your full logbook, draws the GPS track from each jump so you can debrief it, plans the day with weather and winds aloft, and configures a connected device. It runs on iPhone and on Android.
Installing the App #
- Open the App Store on an iPhone or Google Play on an Android phone, or search either store for “Deep and Steep”.
Connecting a Device #

Your Account and Your Data #
Guest Mode allows using the app without an account. No data is sent to our cloud servers while in guest mode. Any logbook or gps tracks you sync to the phone while in guest mode is removed when you close the app.
Create an account and sign-in to save your logbook and gps tracks. The Deep and Steep app allows storing your information in the cloud for long-term storage. Limits apply to free and paid accounts.

To remove the account and everything in it, send a support request; the request has to come from that address so it can be verified. The steps are on Delete Your App Account and Data.
